Appointment Policy
Please book your appointments as early as possible to ensure your prefered appointment time. You may book appointments in person, by phone, or on the day of your appointment.
If this is your first visit with us or your are coming in for a new service please arrive 15 min early and be prepared to fill out paperwork in regards to your appointment. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything to try to accomodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or change the service to accomadate the available time. As we do have many therapists working on commmision only, if a client is more than 20 min late with no show, no call they are allowed to leave and your appt will have to be rescheduled. Perceptions and all of its staff want to make this a very pleasent experience for all clients. We thank you for you coopertaion in this.

Cancelation Policy
A Credit Card Number or Gift Certificate Number is needed to schedule an appointment.We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows for appointments are charged 50% to the credit card on file or the Gift Certificate is voided.We do however, offer a one time "grace" period. After the 2nd time your card will be charged for 50% of the service.
Return Policy
Once treatment has begun on any package or service, no refunds will be available. If the client does not what to continue with treatments a credit will be give for other serves at the facility
Perceptions is unable to return any items after purchase. All Sales are final.
